Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Transloot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Transloot provides AI-powered game localization tools including string translation, glossary management, translation memory, and file export. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including source strings, translations, and glossaries. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
5. AI Translation
Translations are generated using third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated translations may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing translations before using them in production. We do not guarantee the accuracy or fitness of any translation for a particular purpose.
6. Usage Limits
Each plan has defined limits for word count, projects, and languages. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading your plan or purchasing overage packs. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
7. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
